Do you know whether atomic county is going to be released as an actual comic?

I emailed the artist Eric Wight several months ago and asked him the same thing. He told me that right now Fox owns the rights to the characters and he isn’t even alloed to draw them, unless it is for the show. He also said that there were no plans for an actual comic book or graphic novel, but he did suggest checking out the cartoon.

Hey just Shazzy and Titch here, found this place cos we couldn’t member Marissa’s name in the Atomic County graphic novel/comic and at a loss cos seris 2 aint here and it bugging me (Shazzy), we decided to look online so thanx guys you have been a help.
Love the show and love the idea of the comic book/graphic novel. Thought it was kewl.

The Litigator-Sandy
The Ax (or Battle Axe)-Alex
Type A (like type A agressive personality lol)-Taylor
Johnny Tears-Johnny (I think that’s all they call him)
The Mentalist-Oliver
And I don’t think they gave Trey a name.

Are any more of these gonna come out? I really hope so; they’re addictive. I would love to see Lindsay show up and kick the Industrialist’s (Caleb’s) ass in a cameo appearance…Or a pregnant and villainous Theresa (El Caliente?) emerge from the dreary streets of Chino to try and drag Ryan back with her, only to be defeated by Cosmolass. Better yet, Hailey should return to battle Kirsten, the Ice Queen, who hasn’t shown up yet in any of the episodes. So much could be done with all these great characters…what about Holly, the skanky blonde chick from season 1 who Marissa caught with Luke in TJ? She’d make a great supervillain. And where’s Kaitlin Cooper? Or Jimmy? I could go on for quite a while…
