Bungie announced they are putting together “Halo 3: Recon.” The game is a prequel to “Halo 3″ and will be released in Fall ‘09. No word yet whether this is DLC or a whole new game, though the secrecy about the project means it’s probbally a brain new game set in the “Halo” Universe.
